PSD502, New Spray to Prevent Premature Ejaculation

New anti ejaculation spray, which affects men all over the world, could become a thing of the past thanks to new medical spray.

Researchers at the University of California San Francisco tested PSD502, for the treatment of premature ejaculation, which numbs the penis, on 300 men who suffer premature ejaculation.

Test results showed that those who used the spray were more satisfied and less distressed.

After applying the spray five minutes before intercourse, for a period of three months, 60 per cent of the men were found to last longer than three minutes in bed.

The men had previously averaged less than 60 seconds of intercourse before ejaculation.

A second study of 256 men in the US, Poland and Canada saw an increase in performance times from less than a minute to an average of 2.6 minutes.

Stanley Althof from the Center for Marital and Sexual Health of South Florida said: “Premature ejaculation can have a powerful negative impact on the emotional and sexual lives of men and their partners.”

Sciele Pharma, a division of Japanese firm Shionogi, now plans to file for approval to market the spray in the US next year.
