The new Porsche 911 Turbo is to make its debut appearance at the Frankfurt Auto Show in September.

With higher power and minimized weight, the new model is expected to deliver a more impressive performance than its predecessors.

It boasts the Turbo’s first ever entirely new engine, accompanied by direct fuel injection, which can reach a maximum output of 500 bhp.

The twin-turbo engine comes with exclusive turbochargers and altering turbine geometry.

Compared to previous models, the new 911 Turbo can reduce carbon emissions by 18 per cent while also consuming noticeably less fuel.

Speed chasers will not be disappointed with the greener model as it can also accelerate to 100km/h in just 3.4 seconds and can hit a top speed of 312km/h.

Further improvements include Porsche Torque Vectoring, which can enhance both Standard Porsche Direction Management all-wheel drive and Porsche Sustainability Management.

The new technology improves steering responses and precision by distributing the power between the vehicle’s rear wheels. It also helps makes the car more receptive and precise when turning corners.

Pricing for the Turbo Coupe begins at $165,300. The slightly more expensive Turbo Cabriolet starts at $178,400.
